Stayed at a hotel near the beach that had an inviting swimming pool that was simple yet clean. the staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. the room was basic but had fast and complimentary wifi. the hard mattress surprisingly provided undisturbed and deep sleep. the room was spotless and cleaned every day, with a dressing table, air conditioning and TV. Although the location was a little far from the town center, tuk-tuk rides were easily accessible, and the surrounding neighborhood was enjoyable to walk through.
Though the bathroom was spacious, the lukewarm shower pressure prevented a relaxing hot shower experience.

Great proximity to venue, clean rooms, concern for guest comfort, convenient location next to supermarket, provided breakfast, delicious dinner options.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The rooms were tidy, if somewhat barren and empty, but it's a newly built hotel so it'll be a few years at least until the infamous S.E. Asian neglect kicks in. Enjoy it while it lasts.
The location is about the worst you can possibly imagine unless you're in P-Penh short term/overnight and commuting to the airport. And not only is the location horrendous but finding a Tuk-Tuk driver who actually knows where it is and can understand the words 'Northbridge street' is almost impossible. Unless you have directions written in Khmer you will struggle. I literally had to direct my driver there. The hotel also claims Wi-Fi, but in the entire 3 days I was there it was 'down and we are contacting the company'. Sounds like BS to me... My advice is don't expect it while you're there and use the nearby iCoffee WiFi.

We loved the convenient location as it was just a short tuk-tuk ride to our volunteering site. The hotel facilities might have looked old, but we were impressed by their cleanliness. Parking was not an issue as we didn't find it difficult to find a spot. Moreover, the staff were very helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. Their English was good, and they were always available to assist us. We enjoyed the breakfast options, and the food served at the restaurant was fantastic. we had a great experience at this hotel.
Hard to think of anything.

The hotel offers great deals online, which is why we decided to spend our New Year's there. The location is convenient for exploring the area, with a small mall nearby and a short drive to the airport. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of Asian dishes to choose from. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the clean and well-maintained pool area, perfect for beating the heat.
At times, the towels, bath soap, and other amenities were not replenished and we had to request them from the front desk. the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable.
